We meant to buy a kitten originally, for Alicia-Rae’s birthday. Instead we ended up with a rabbit. You know, the silent fluffy things that sneak around chewing through cables, leaving little pellets here and there that, to the kids, look remarkably like raisins. Apparently.
Right now the most heard question in our house is “Mummy, why does Juby Rabbit keep running away“?, quickly followed with a self answering threat “I’m gonna get you, Juby, MuHahahaha“.
I do hope he outlives their novelty-fuelled enthusiasm, along with their attempts to feed him cheese sandwhiches. He might not be a kitten, but he is very cute. The same thing really.
