Vivian and Allen’s was my last wedding for 2011, and I was looking forward to shooting their big day as much because of who they are as it meaning it was that much closer to Christmas (I’m a bit of a closet Christmas junkie, and love the anticipation of Christmas almost as much as the day itself). Vivian and Allen are two beautiful young people. Genuine and honest, gentle and tender. And Allen has a way of looking at Vivian, of obviously caring deeply for her beyond what words could say, that makes you sigh inside with the reminder that all is right with the world. They are blessed to have one another, in so many ways. And they have a lifetime ahead to discover them all. Together.
And I have to add here that Vivian earns a lifetime of Brownie Point awards for planning a trip to Manchester to watch a spot of soccer while on their honeymoon. That’s how much she adores her new husband.
