As I’ve previously mentioned I’m sure our children’s genes got mixed up somewhere along the way. Alicia-Rae loves to play in and eat dirt. The messier she can get the better (as far as she’s concerned anyway). However Jaedon is a neat freak. He hates dirt, or getting messy. And can’t stand it when he spills something on himself. He’s always been like that.
We were playing out in the yard this afternoon and, because it’s been raining for the last couple of days, everything was wet, or at least damp. Horror of horrors – he managed to get some water on his top and totally freaked out. Making the most of the opportunity I had to take some photos before I helped him take his jumper off. Somewhere along the line we’re hoping he learns to love dirt and germs like most boys his age. 🙂
